These kind of companies base their added value on the quality of finishes, materials and structures that ensure high performance for which it is paid extra money. They must know that their operator has complete control over the process and trust him (her), knowing he/she is the kind of perfectionist worker who will not stop until the entrusted job is well done.

The interviewee has over 10 years working in the industry, and she knows her job, being a woman, will always be tested and check. She cannot leave any loose threads and builds confidence based her knowedge and experience. Never going to get to do something she does not fully control, never going to leave something that is not well done.
